Quality Policy

J & M Insulation's Limited specialise in the application of thermal insulation. The company places particular emphasis on expertise, experience, reliability and quality.

The objectives of the management of J & M Insulation's Limited is to provide these services in a manner, which satisfies a client's contractual and regulatory requirements.

The Quality System of J & M Insulation's Limited is based upon the requirements of BS 5750, Part 2, 1987.

The Company's hourly paid operatives are employed under the National Agreement for the Industry, which includes a requirement for accrual of holiday pay. Provision is also made in the National Agreement for the operations of bonus incentive schemes and where applicable, these are employed by the Company.

Trade Unions

Trade Unions Hourly Paid employees are, in the main, employed under the National Agreement between the Thermal Insulation Contractors' Association and the General Municipal (GAW) Section Boilermakers and Allied Trade Union and the Transport & General Workers' Union. Most employees are members of one or other of the above named unions. The Thermal Insulation Contracts' Agreement is a signatory to the NAECI Agreement and, where applicable, our hourly paid operatives work to the NAECI Agreement.

The Company has not suffered from any significant industrial relations problems since the commencement of the business.
